Deposit

Deposit Amount and Purpose 
A deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited toward your
treatment within the clinic if used before the consultation. 
 Non-Refundable Policy
The £25 deposit is non-refundable unless the treatment cannot proceed due to medical reasons,
in which case a refund may be issued at the clinic’s discretion.

Non-Transferable 

Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or passed to another person. 
Redeemable Against 
Treatments Prior to Consultation Deposits may be redeemed against any treatment within the
clinic prior to the consultation

Deposit Forfeiture Post-Consultation
 
Once the consultation has taken place, the deposit is considered redeemed and is non-
refundable, even if no further treatment is pursued. 

Applicability

The deposit applies only to the treatment associated with the consultation and is not transferable
to other services or future sessions outside this context.

Pay in full Payment Terms 
 • The Laser Hair Removal Course must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any
sessions. 
 • Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable, unless the treatment cannot proceed due to
medical reasons, in which case a refund may be issued at the clinic’s discretion.

 Session Validity 

• The Client has 24 months from the date of purchase to complete all sessions included in the
course
. • If sessions are unused a refund is not due.
Scheduling and Cancellations
  • Sessions are by appointment only and are subject to availability. 
• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to do so may result in loss of that session.
 • Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of sessions at the
Provider’s discretion.
